1. Overview
RexOnline is a school management SaaS platform developed by Highrise Digital Solutions (HDS) to streamline school administration. By using RexOnline, you agree to be bound by this policy.
2. User Access & Responsibilities
- Each school manages its own users with an admin account.
- Schools are responsible for securing their login credentials.
- Unlawful or unethical use is strictly prohibited.
3. Data Ownership & Protection
Schools own their data. HDS handles data confidentially and in compliance with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
- Consent must be obtained from data subjects.
- Data is processed securely and only for its intended purpose.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Late payments may lead to account suspension.
- Refunds are subject to case-by-case evaluation.
5. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Support
- Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM GMT.
- Critical issues are prioritized.
7. Security
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Regular backups ensure data integrity.
- Industry best practices are followed.
8. Termination & Account Closure
- Schools can terminate with written notice.
- Access is revoked upon termination.
- Data is retained for up to 60 days before deletion.
9. Policy Updates
Policy updates will be communicated. Continued use implies acceptance of the changes.
